Why did Manny did not accept Floyd's demand(trap) in the first place?

and the homeowners association just filed a harrassment charge on FLoyd!!

 

Manny tried to compromise with him the first time. Floyd said , no no no to everything. How serious is he about fighting Pacquiao when he's that worried about PED use from a guy who's never failed a drug test or been suspected of using drugs.

Either way, whoever you wanna blame for the first negotiation, Floyd hasn't done anything since then to make the fight happen ; in fact he's made every effort to dodge the fight. Every so often he pops his head up and says "take the tests" but then you hear he doesnt feel like fighting , so which is it? At this point the drug testing is a scapegoat, nothing more . Pacquiao needs to call Floyd out after the Mosley fight in front of the world ; challenging Floyd's ego is the only way he might get him to fight.

Every serious and respectable news outlet, Sporting channel, have time after time published Mayweather is ducking like crazy and will do whatever it takes not to fight manny..

The only faction that still belive Mayweather aint ducking is his African American fanboys. And they so deluded that they simply dont respond to logic thinking.

I think it has alot todo that Mayweather aperently is considered "The black Hope of boxing".

If he did make another excuse, then it would be evident that he did not want to fight. I don't know how Pacquiao's refusal of full OSDT shows that Floyd is scared. Its not like Floyd could have in any way known he would refuse, especially considering the initially agreed.

 

Reading these threads makes me wanna dose up on PEDS.
