he doesn't have a great chin. he only fought feather fisted fighters so it looks like he has a great one.
So, he went the distance with Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez twice, etc, etc, etc, and he's a hugely offensive fighter. But he doesn't have a great chin. Try to twist your mind around that one. I can't.
pacs chin serves him well enough hes got a good decent punch resistance.... and as he has filled out and moved up in weight it seems to have become more stable.... probably due to the lack of draining himself before fights
when was he hurt by marquez? i saw him get clipped in mid air and obviously your not gonna have a smooth landing after that morales also hurt maidana, i dunno how he does it, doesn't seem to be a big puncher P.S every class he has moved up, his chin has only gotten better

You don't have a lot you can do except yapp when you have low punch resistance like Floyd does. he can't fight the true Welters who are near prime like cotto, margo, clottey and forget Pac. He will only face an older fighter as power goes with age or a fighter who has very little experience at Welter. How you get away with calling yourself the greatest and fighting JMM and Hatton at WW without Cotto and Margarito is laughable. But dumb people buy into it unfortunately. Pac ain't doing that and he just became a Welter and jumped right in with Cotto. floyd been at Welter for what 8 9 years ? he is careful about that. even vs JMM he still had to add those few extra pounds to protect that weakness. Trust me Pac, Cotto. clottey will stop him like clockwork all day everyday. U saw the way his body reacted to Mosley's shot. He don't want none of that. People need to respect Manny much more. He is the real deal in every sense just for the fearless approach to being a welter. Floyd is shook beyond belief of the power welters who still bring 12 rounds of power and war while Pacquiao ****in relishes it like it's a treat. At the end of the day Mayweather is a freakin fraud protecting that weak punch resistance skimming from the WW division and selling bs fights.

You don't show anything when you do not get in the ring with Manny Cotto Margarito Clottey It is mathematically impossible to not fight those guys at WW when you have been a welter for as long as he has if you do not have a LOW PUNCH RESISTANCE. that is the cream of the crop of Welterweights. NOT 1. Any sane person knows what would happen to that house of cards over 12 rounds.
Manny is quick and has been a hard puzzle to solve. But JMM hurt him to the body in both fights especially the second fight but was not enough to win outright...If Mosley is as smart as Nazzim says he is as far as boxing IQ and gets into the body early on...then Manny will lose or if not be running for the most part...That is if that happens. If not then Mosley will have to pray for a big punch...Not a good plan against Manny to pray for a big punch. You have to beat him down slowly like marquez did in the fights. And also one more thing about Manny....he doesn't have a big punch...its just that he hits guys so much that towards the end it looks so punishing.:good
