Ortiz is no threat to Mayweather whatsoever.

 

Well the only type of fighter with good defensive style that Ortiz faced was Peterson and he performed very bad. I think that Floyd is a stylistic nightmare for him at this point

 

Roy was coming off of a fight in which he gained 25 lbs then lost 25 lbs to fight at HW so this is a whole different scenario here. When you gain weight like that your body gets adjusted to it. Roy would have never been the same at LW after the Ruiz fight even if he would have won all the fights against Tarver.

 

P.S. good choice of a fight for Floyd he is going to be at his best as the villain against the young nice kid

 

it's seriously funny how a fighter can go from over rated w/ a glass heart, to a young lion hearted warrior over night, and vice versa a tough gritty champion and go to shot in 1 fight. Boxing over exaggerates the importance on 1 fight. Sure ortiz is the flavor of the month right now, but just a month ago he was trashed as a quitter *****. I think ortiz still remains a little above average but seriously the extreme viewpoint changes are hilarious.

 

NO WAY does this fight happen. There just so happens to be a HUGE fight planned on the exact same date that will eclipse all of them.:

If the fight happens, I believe Floyd wins, but I don't think it'll be quite as easy as some think it'll be. At least Ortiz will get a great paycheck, and this L won't be career damaging.
