Yeah HBO ****ed this right up setting up Bradley a $1.2 guarantee after the Alexander stinker, in his view fighting Khan a risky fight one in which he could well lose, he has opted to take the offer it looks like to fight a less risky fight and pick up his $1.2 pruse.

Khan should fight Judah for the IBF and leave this weight class as this weight is getting tight for him. Khan has given Bradley a chance to fight him but he turned it down, so if Bradley wants to fight Khan in the future it should be at 147.

Remember how long it took to make that fight?
If HBO hadn't loaded up the contract, I don't think Timmy would have fought Alexander.
Alexander took Mattysse as soon as HBO asked for it. Pity Bradley doesn't feel obliged to do the same and doesn't care that his last fight was shite.

Yeah, bad move by Bradley IMO.

When Khan was supposed to have a 'homecoming' in between Paulie and Rammadan (spelling? sorry if I offend anyone by not bothering the check the spelling, I'm in full flow :good) and Zab was mooted, I felt it was a terrible idea as Zab had looked **** poor as of late.

Then, there was still a lot of thought around 'well Khan could do this' or he 'will develop into this'. Zab has made small stylistic shifts as of late and strung together two decent wins, and Khan has shown to have a porous defence, little power, and his footwork will inevitably get him into trouble.

Now, I think Zab is a very, very risky fight for Amir, especially as he doesn't have the dig or physicality to dissuad Zab down the stretch like others have.

If he looked ragged against McCloskey, what will he be like against Zab? Who has aa dangerous dig on him as well.

    He should feel privelaged, eh?

Funny that the Bradley-Alexander fight (negative southpaw) went exactly the same way as Khan-McCloskey (negative southpaw), only Alexander was a genuine top five fighter.

How many times did I tell people in the run-up that Devon wasn't much kop??? He was however, far more proven and acapable than McCloskey.

I think he is very risky for Khan too. With Bradley, you can tell when he's trying to lay traps but Khan wouldn't see it coming with Zab. I can see Khan getting on top, cranking up the offence and then walking onto something just like Mabuza did. Buzzed and fighting on instinct, Zab can still find a home for a killer shot and he could take Khan out imo.

Scotty, that's exactly what I was getting at mate, Zab has more one punch power than Maidana IMO, he's faster and snappier, and will also be hard for Amir to gauge IMO (we all saw how great he looked against southpaws when he fought McCloskey) I think Zab is a bad idea.

Holt is less of a bad idea, though a bigger banger than Zab. Holt makes little sense though.

I agree both fights vs southpaws was poo and also agree Alexander was the better fighter a but with McCloskey you have an akward style, adding to that he was happy just to make Khan miss and look bad. McCloskey showed no fight, even with that poor showing Khan outlanded him with ease.

Point is, Bradley is getting flak for looking poor against Alexander. In accordance to the level of opposition, Khan looked worse against McCloskey.
