how much would have weighed they?
    today...
    modern advantages

rocky would fight at cruiser? or maybe he would be bigger with modern nutrition and modern training?

Tyson the same. Most others would be about 10-15lbs more but pure muscle instead of carrying any fat and it would have nothing to do with "nutrition". The weights they all fought at, best suited their attributes so excessive bulking would be counterproductive.

agreed. bottom line, they would not be better.

equal question would be what would todays fighters weigh in the 1930-1967 period?

I disagree. 10-15lb is not alot. People know how to put on muscle very fast these days, and to do it the right way.

Hence why i said 10-15lb. You could put a lot more than that on if you knew what you were doing, that's where it would start being counterproductive.

It depends on the fighter and their style/physiology/attributes, some people carry weight a lot better than others and certain fighters would have their speed, stamina, mobility, impacted upon by extra weight.

putting enhanced muscle on a boxer is like customising a vespa scooter to reach 120mph. Yes it might compete well with a sports bike for a time but it wont get the mpg and will overheat. the customisedd scooter will leave a non-enhanced standard vespa standing but it would just as likely breakdown like the hare against the tortoise.

If all vespas got that treatment and was matched only with other customised vespas you would have what exists with today’s boxers. The advantage is cancelled out AND the reliability is reduced.

Frazier and Marciano probably wouldnt even be heavyweights and the other three would probably be the same, just a bit more ripped and tight looking. Look how crazy ripped Tyson looked against McNeeley.

I think Mike might have taken PEDs for that fight.

I wonder why he never looked like that again? :think

All you stupid ****s on the forum... weight is not measured in pounds. It's measured in Newtons.

I hate when people do that. It shows how intellectually challenged you truly are. You measure MASS in pounds/kilograms, not weight.

Weight has nothing to do with how big a boxer is (i.e. how much matter he's made up of). Weight has to do with Earth's gravity (9.8m.s-2 on average).

    Now stop being stupid.

    THANK YOU :)

It is theoreticaly possible that all of them might have had careers at cruiserweight and later moved to heavyweight and bulked up.
