Floyd Mayweather Jr. was just charged with misdemeanor harassment in Vegas -- after the boxer allegedly threatened to have two security guards shot ... for ticketing his cars on the street.

According to the criminal complaint, it all happened back in October -- before Mayweather's face-poking incident -- two security guards cited a couple of Mayweather's cars parked outside his 12,000-foot mansion ... and Floyd flipped.

Mayweather allegedly threatened the guards -- who patrol the boxer's upscale housing community -- after he noticed the citations, claiming, "My homies have guns. If you want me to call them, they'd come over here and take care of you."

According to the complaint, Floyd added, "These are my f**king cars. Don't touch my f**king cars."

Calls to Mayweather's camp weren't returned.

I personally don't see Floyd's demise as something for me to gloat about. I want the 2 to get it on...his legal issues prevent it from happening so it's not something I'm happy about.

My point being.....its just more trivial gossip and garbage to throw around the way most seem to do on here! if its not ppl slagging off typing errors or name calling, silly responses to opinions are the norm. I happen to think Mayweather is one of the finest boxers out there but....thats just my opinion.

Another little hinderence to add to the whole pac/may fiasco. His hearing has been postponed again till July is it? Which means, if he does come back again he's probably going to need around 3 months or so to prepare for a tune up in Oct/Nov time, then 7 months to market a potential mega fight with Pac, by which time it'll be Apr/May 2012, and they'll both be another year older.

Load of bollox. All I see time serving as now is a hinderence to the significance of the event. What if in May's tune up he doesn't look quite so exquisite? What if Pac looks less than immense in his next 2 fights? The right time for the fight to happen has been, and as it looks right now, is likely to pass.

I feel sorry for Floyd. I wish him well and hope he gets his life in order. Money isn't everything and doesn't necessarily bring you happiness.

If the TS wants to see gloating fanboys, just show some pictures of Pac's big melon and claim it's PEDs. Works every time. :yep
