    Team Khan :rofl:rofl:rofl

The other conditioner was far better though Amir Felt strong and wasn't made to eat 7,000 calories......

IMO all this constant chopping and changing and reshaping the body is doing him no long term good. These guys all have different views on how athlete's perform and how body should be etc.

To be honest from what i read, heard and researched on Michael Vale he was every bit as good, also he seemed like a nicer guy than ariza.

    Well, I'm not surprised.

Roach did say that him and the Coach had an unsettled camp and there were a lot of reports that Amir was struggling with the weight leading up to the McCloskey fight.

Vale's training routine wasn't that different from Ariza's.And when did variety become bad for long term S & C development?

They will need Ariza's experience and knowledge when Khan plans to move up in weight

Course it can be dangerous if guys don't go along same values and ethics. Vale was obviously doing something different...otherwise why would we be having this story?..

most if not all conditioning coaches follow the same protocol when it comes to the training with the circuits, plyometrics, agility drills etc

But when it comes to nutrition everyone has their own opinions, i'm guessing thats the part khan had a problem with.
