Scoring Mayweather Castillo I right now . . .

    So far Mayweather is up 5 rounds to none.


    Round 3 was close but round 3 was not a castillo round, castillo landed 2 or 3 CLEAN shots at BEST, the rest were either slipped or blocked, mayweather landed SEVERAL(you can count em) hard clean shots to both the head and body

    also round 5 is not a castillo round, watch closely, , 2 huge left shots to the chin of castillo, mayweather lands clean right hands esp 1 huge right hand at the end of the round and some uppercuts, castillo landed a couple of clean body shots at best, couple of right hands, created some excitement near the end of the round, so yeah a better round for castillo but no cigar

    round 6 belongs to castillo, lands some nice right hands to the head of mayweather, gets in some good body work on the ropes multiple times, clearly a castillo round

    castillo is really letting his hands go, castillo wins round 7 big, this round needs no commentary

    round 8 is aweful, mayweather wont let his hands go, they trade jabs however castillo gets points for the body shots he landed, however point got taken away so since castillo won the round, loses the point, round is a draw

    I hate when people make these threads because all they do is ***** and moan about who won rather than appreciate how good this fight was. (Not saying you're doing it Genaro G)

    the fight is just getting started! those rounds 3 and 5 were close, but clearly belonged to mayweather, that you can not disagree with

    I scored the first 5 rounds to Mayweather as well if i recall. A that point it's hard to think Castillo won the fight. If you gave Castillo rounds 3 or 5, then things get dicey with the scoring.

    I had first 5 to Floyd and I think 2 of the later ones but it's that long since I saw it I can't remember which 2.

    had to watch round 9 with sound off due to merchant throwing a tantrum lol, also the video sound and sync is off so was difficult to know who was landing clean, best with sound off

    Castillo won for sure but Mayweather showed a nasty chin in this fight.
    think more Floyd just had an off night. it didn't have the big fight feel to it.
    if they fight ten times floyd wins 9/10 at worst.
