Sorry but how can you say that? Theres no way a telling if its be succesful at this moment in time and most US journolists i listen to say there is less buzz around this fight than recent Manny fights.

Not sure if anyone else noticed it, but in Freddy Roaches interview in the Guardian earlier this week he says that he thinks Amir could do with some help on the business side....

It hasn't done 70k yet and will probably fall short.

60k+ though is better than expected, surely?

:huh Most people are saying there's a LOT of buzz in Vegas for this and the number of people that have watched Fight Camp is double the amount that usually watch 24/7.

Its Pacquiao of course theres buzz in Vegas. Its nationally where the PPV buys come from.

Fightcamp on CBS has not been pushed as expected and the advertising has not been what many fans thought. They have shown the episodes only once, theres no specific time and its not been primetime. Listen to Steve Kims podcast this week he discussed it in detail.

Pacquiao vs Margorito did around 1.5million PPV's with HBO? For it to be deemed a success Showtime need to get that or more. Lets see how it does.

The difference here is that this show was still basically built up by Sky and the Irish factor. Any future Khan fight on Primetime is going to have to go without

Khan's team would likely have to do their best to hype it themselves? Primetime dont do anythning other than a banner in the bottom of the page in the Sun.

They may have won finacially in the short term but they lose the exposure for the short term gains.

This is exactly the mistake Hennesy made with Froch.

As I have said many times, if Hennesy had given Taylor Froch to Sky for Free, they would have made double or more what they have now!!!
