Re-read the first two sentences you wrote. When it comes to stopping your opponent from cheating there is no compromise - can't you see that? If Floyd says he is willing to compromise and then changes his mind, does that not tell you that he doesn't give a **** about PEDs? He's probably doesn't think Pac's on them - he's just trying to get the upper hand in negotiations. The only way that's not true is if he didn't understand PEDs and said something along the lines of "we said 14 days, but i've since found out that's not enough to ensure cleanliness, so I changed it back". He didn't say that, he said "14 days was for the last round of negotiations, he missed that chance", or words to that effect. Doesn't that speak volumes? I'm a fan of both fighters, by the way.

English is only my second language but I understand the difference between a verb in the past tense (refused), a verb in present progressive tense (are refusing), a verb in present tense (refuse) and a verb in future perfect (will have refused).

They refused it in the past. Everybody knows that.
