    He says ''refused'' which means the past but he could be talking about all 3 rounds of negotiations or the first one we dont know! He cant say '' refusing'' because their is no current talks between the camps! So exactly what roach meant is unknown at present

    The question is, why would floyd change his mind? He compromise 14days cutoff right? Means the 14day cutoff is enough for him. And now team pac was compromising for 7days cutoff and team floyd doesn't want it anymore? WTF? (What's next pac goes to 0 days cuttoff and team floyd ?)
