3 years ago... Mosely KO's Margo. Shocks the world!.........

    Signed for berto....

    Haiti

The Most dangerous man in WW...

    18 month lay off..

Roach "We wouldn't even fight him at 140 its just to dangerous for PAC to give mosely that much advantage"

    Mayweather "I'll fight him"

    Mosely schooled...

Mosely looks like **** against mora and tired as hell.

    Flash forward 3 years later...

Roach "BRING HIM ON with a big grin on his face, Pacquiao Knock him out OKAY something no one has ever done"

What kind of credit are you looking to receive? Taking out a 40 year old mosely who's better days are behing him? he was dangerous before but now he fits the PACQUIAO opponents MO? Does he want the credit that he cleaned the WW division? WTF?

    What credit?

I'll give him credit for timing... before it was dangerous now its just how we beat him.. KO him punish him, UD him...? Credit..lmao

Fight Ortiz FIght Mayweather Fight Martinez.. Or retire

Not really, there's no reason why he shouldnt. Mosley shouldnt even win half a round let alone a full round.

Of course. I think he will do it and should get credit for doing so.

keep in mind I made a poll asking if Pac would get credit if he beat Clottey, and 85% voted yes.

hmm and nobody gives him credit for that win nowadays :think im interested to see what happens here, I have a feeling people will probably discredit the win no matter how good he looks.

The same happens with the majority of boxers.

    Boxer A wins...so Boxer B is a bum who was overrated/untested/drained, etc.
Boxer A wins...so Boxer A is an ATG for a week.

    And repeat.

just think of it this way, morales also was never been stopped by any other guy even if he is fighting now as a shot fighter and fighting guys supposedly will stop and crush him. delahoya also was never been stopped aside from bhop who is a much bigger fighter than oscar.

why do you think people are often quick to discredit good wins of fighters? I have seen it happen recently with pac, floyd, marquez, martinez even donaire vs montiel. I think if a fighter pulls of a impressive win he deserves big credit for it.
Not saying that pac would receive tthat for this fight because he obviously is supposed to win, but stopping him would apparently give him a bit of credit since its never been done before.

People either don't like said boxer, or they are too caught up in childish games with other fans. It's cool to be in a group, right? :think

but instead of giving morales credit I saw people say that maidana's power must be overrated, or he overtrained or had bigger gloves. All said with the intention to downplay morales' performance, its unfair to the guy in my eyes.
Pac onviously has the power to wear people down and stop them, kind of like vitali at this point. He will probably get credit for this when his career is over but while he is active it will be discredited i think.

Very very little. Shane has had leaky defense throughout his career and has taken punches from Forrest in two fights, DLH in two fights, Mayorga, Wright in two fights(not a puncher but was the bigger man), Vargas(very faded by then but still a good puncher), Mayweather(decent pop), and Cotto. I wouldn't be surprised if Shane shows his age and a decline in punch resistance against Manny.

Yes he looked bad against Mora but Mora was very negative and Mosley never impressed at 154. Against Mayweather he was inactive for about a year so I don't count that against Mosley too much either especially since he never looked great against a level boxer-types and that he's old.

We can't forget that he is older going into the Pacquiao fight and hasn't won since 09, two years ago. Shane is very faded but despite his big decline in speed overall he still has his power and is dangerous for the early rounds. Manny NEEDS to stop trying to make friends with his opponents during fights like Mosley did to Floyd and just stop Shane IF he can ASAP but be cautious of Shane's power. So in all, I would give Pacquiao very little credit but it really depends on how Shane looks during the fight.
