Very close fight, left no impression on me that a prime Cotto would be capable of lasting the distance with a prime Mosley, but he used his head and defeated a Mosley that just didn't think properly. Cotto's best win over a still dangerous is definitely past prime Shane Mosley.

Not even Shane believes he won the fight. In his post fight interview with Wally Matthews, Shane said he felt the fight should have been a draw or either Cotto close on points. He then told Oscar De La Hoya prior to the post fight press conference that Cotto deserved the decision.

    Your thread is GAY!!!

Nonetheless, Mosley got schooled for most of the fight with Mayorga until that left hook at the end.

Cotto beat him and Mosley conceded after the fight....the problem is he listened to delusional people such as yourself.

However, I'm still not counting Mosley out in this fight....he has a damn good shot.

Great chin, strong, cagy and fast....just hope he doesn't paw with the jab.
Also, hope he has abstained from the 21 year old Cuban girlfriend so he won't come in with wobbly legs like against Mayweather!!!

I think Mosley will keep the fight in close...muscle him and hold....disrupt...jab....uppers....rights....bodyshots!!!!

I just cant see Mosley winning 7 rounds in that fight period. Cotto did what everyone thought he couldn't do and that was outbox Shane and he did. Simple as that.

Cotto won it close but clearly. I guess some of you dumb shits like to give rounds to your biased fighter just because he lands 1 or 2 hard shots in a round? Morons need to learn how to score rounds.

Cotto won the fight fair and square. Shane was a little tight and not his best Shape. He also underestimated Cotto.

Give Cotto credit for a 7-5 win. It still says a lot about Shane. And tomorrow will say even more.

Shane never attempted to box. He kept thinking Cotto would trade. That's Shane's problem of course and not Cotto's.
