Mike's 3 years as champ from Berbick to Douglas gets him to top 10- 15 in my mind. Then winning the title again and the Ruddock fights gets him top 10. I think he is top 10 as some have said. In 1988 he could have beaten anyone.

It is unbelievable. Name a heavyweight outside the top ten that accomplished what Tyson did? I dont see how Tyson is overated. People dont believe he could have been even better than he was but his accomplishments stand on their own.

Doesn't surprise me. Teddy Atlas whole thought process revolves around gossiping about Mike Tyson for the better part of 20 odd years.

Tyson was of a different mindset back then a real fighter. He refused to believe he could lose, he had those body ticks and patch of hair missing to psyche out his opponent and didnt shower or brush his teeth before major fights. You can see Larry looking away from Tyson because of how bad his breath was during that interview.

Ive never seen anyone rank him in the top 3. Ive seen Lennox Lewis there and thats wayy overated. Tyson is just inside my top ten. Lets see your top ten tough guy.

Nah, his prime years accomplishments might equate to, say, Ali's first reign '64 - '67 but with Ali getting beaten up and KO'd by Zora Folley instead of beating him. And I'm being generous to Tyson there.

Tyson cleared out 9 champs or exchamps during that run. Sorry, even given the proliferation of belts, that is way better than chopping down Milderberger, a shot (pun intended) Williams, lil' Limey's Cooper and London, and a washed up 36 year old Folley.

tyson had 4 fights? atlas dosent know math, that dumbass needs to learn how to count. then he even mentioned the mcbride and williams fights. but then again, if a guy tried to force himself on your family member, you'd hate him for life too.
