Great shot of Ferreri. Such an unsung champion. It's terrible how few respects this man actually gets.

 

He needed a bigger punch

 

Really?? Why?? To make him viewer friendly on TV Ringside??

I fail to see any fighters record that compares; at any stage through our boxing history, whilst recieving the same lack of appreciation.

Lack of punch?? The man is unmarked after 90+ Pro bouts = boxing brilliance.

How many guys did Fenech KO with a single/solid punch? Ferreri's KO record is on par with many local legends.. and better than many more.

Bollox to 26 KO's in 80 fights. Paul Ferreri with a bigger punch would have been a more successful fighter. I'm sure even Paul wishes he had more of a punch :think

His KO ratio does not detract from a brilliant career..... considering Ferreri IS NOT a natural Southpaw.

A more sucessful fighter?? For what Paul acheived; there are few fighters with more success. His record is simply outstanding.

 

Compile us a list of fighters who didn't wish they had a bigger punch Bollox.


While you are at it, compile us a list of fighters who held national & Commonwealth titles for 15 years.

....and forced a ring legend into the final rounds of a world title fight where he'd never been before because he'd KOed the rest of his 40 odd opponents.
