At times, Geale looked like a less powerful (and orthodox) Calzaghe. Sylvester definitely looked like a less powerful, less turtle-like Abraham.

    I had it 116-113 Geale.

I'm afraid someone will walk through Geale sooner or later...

Really good win for Geale. Just had a little too much for Sylvester in a fight that was hard to score in some of the early rounds, he came on and i had him winning by about 4 or 5 rounds. Shocking score from one of the judges, which really shouldn't be by now. Probabily should be more surprised that Geale didn't get jobbed totally.

Mundine with his head screwed on in his best performances was better than Geale will ever be though I'm afraid. As much of a **** as he is, he was a lot more talented than this fella. This guy would get murdered by a prime Kessler for example, Mundine held his own.

Holyfield wins by stoppage after ten rounds of domination from him

Choc has become a bit of a pantomine villian, but you're right TFFP. On his best night he's probabily a level above Geale. Geale is doing well for his talent level though.

Canadian LWW prospect Pier Olivier Cote is on the TR stream now. Jose Benavidez and Rodel Mayol are also being featured.

It must be a strange experience to fight on one of the biggest fight cards, in one of the best venues, but with only a handful of people watching.

i havent watched the whole mundine fight only the first 6 rounds they were fought at high pace and it was world class boxing on display, geale looked to be worldclass his upper body movement/faints/punch variety were spot on in that fight the geale of the mundine fight would have been expected to make easy work on some1 as flat as sylvester, even though he won i was quite dissapointed, if he cant win convincingly against some1 like sylvester doesnt really say much about his chances against guys who are above european level.
i guess andy lee would be hoping to get a crack at him next

I gave Anthony Mundine 4 rounds against Kessler. I even remember somebody in the general arguing that he beat Kessler on the basis of having slowed the fight down to a tenth of the original speed

I also gave Carl Froch 4 rounds against Kessler.

Mundine at his best, despite being a ****, and being sparked by Ottke when he was a novice which was quite embarassing, turned into a very good fighter. For a few short years.
