Speed kills. Manny shots have a lot of torque and he puts a lot of weight behind them. Forrests were more the kind that would stop you in your tracks, so yeah I believe its true.

No doubt Pacman hits hard, but I believe it's really just Mosley trying to save face on his terrible inactivity during the fight. By saying Pacman is the hardest puncher he faced, it gives him the excuse to play as defensive as he did. But truth is, Mosley is just past it, and needs to retire.
