The excuses are because he didnt put up the performance everyone wanted. His job is too win, he should save the excuses. This was the game plan that worked and it wasn't entertaining.

Not only did Pacquiao not call out Mayweather, but he outright said he was OK and did'nt need the fight.

The best we got out of the PED user was when he said, "it would be great for the fans."......but the reality of the situation is that again he failed to say, "dont hold up this fight Mayweather. I've agreed to the testing you asked for. The fans want it, and most importantly, I want it. Step up and lets get this fight on."

When the subject of Mayweather comes up, the reality here is that Pacquiao is s subdued fighter with no real interest in making that fight come to a reality.

Doubt Pacquiao in between rounds or after the 12th ended thought to himself "Some fans are going to think my legs have gone and that I'm starting to fade in that department.
