Mayweather had the more dominating in reality cause he beat a better prepare ain't looking for a payday in Mosley. I remember in that fight when Mosley wanted to touch gloves with Mayweather but Mayweather responded with a straight right hand. Mosley was coming off a destroying win over Margarito before facing Mayweather while Mosley was coming off a 2 losses (imo i thought Mora beat Mosley) before facing Pacquiao. After those 2 imo loses, Mosley confidents was easily down the hill and was ruined in which is why Manny wanted to fight Mosley.

Mayweather. Sure Pac KD Mosley, but as a whole, he looked like **** and inaccurate against a runner who isn't known for exceptional defense. Mayweather walked down and just plain outfought Mosley.

how on EARTH is pacquiao's win better!? come off it people. i know pac is the flavour of the month right now but WTF!

    lets look at the facts

vs Floyd, shane was coming off a win against Margarito!
vs Pac, shane was older and coming off a loss to floyd and a draw to Mora

vs Floyd. Shane was outboxed for 10/12 rounds.
vs Pac. Shane clearly lost but by no means was he made to look stupid.

vs Floyd. Shane was more active and showed some life.
vs Pac. Shane did **** ALL in the fight. didnt even bother it seems.

    on the other hand.............

vs FLoyd. Shane hurt floyd in round 2.
vs Pac. Shane was floored in round 4.
Thats really all that goes against Floyd when comparing the two fights. But lets not forget the KEY thing.

Pac looked pretty poor against Mosley. Possibly his worst performance since moving up in weight. FLoyd totally outboxed and outfought Mosley from round 3 onwards. He could have got the stoppage IMO if he so wanted. Also as i said, shane was coming off 2 poor displays against pac. against floyd he was coming off a signature win.

Really, ALL that counts in manny's favour if the knockdown. but floyd dominated a younger hungrier more in-form Mosley. Pac dominated an older completely shot shane, while looking woefully out of form.

    Floyds win > Pac's win.

(and no im not a *****)

Both fights were crap. Pac fought a scared fighter, and Mayweather fought a guy that gassed in 2 rounds. You can't take anything away from these fights because both guys were way too good for Shane to effectively compete.

SSM didn't come or try to win the fight against Pacman. That was a BIG difference. SSM was younger, fresher and coming off big wins. SSM still landed 35 % of his punches against Pacman than the 18% against Floyd. Floyd landed more punches and stood toe to toe with SSM.

I can see why people say manny because if im being honest it was pretty one sided.
But i went with floyd because after the 2nd round he completely shut mosley down and put on a clinic, but with manny he was still getting caught and mosley looked a bit more active towards the end in contrast to the mayweather fight.

Floyd fought a cleaner, smarter fight, but Pacquiao was more dominating overall. He had better offensive moments although he didnt look as spectacular as usual. Shane was a little more defensive minded last night than he was against Mayweather. Not much though. If he wasnt I think Pacquiao would have stopped him. I dont think Mayweather was ever close to that imo and even though he was landing accurate punches, Shane never looked close to being stopped. Overall, it was just another night and given that Floyd is now one again inactive, we are only further away from a mayweather-Pacquaio fight ever happening. Its become an overrated idea imo. In 2008/2009 it would have been important for the boxing landscape. Now, if it does happen it wont likely be till late 2012, and even though it will be a huge event, it would have been better in the last couple years. If Pacquiao-Mayweather does happen, I have a feeling there will be a lot of dissapointed fans after the fight feeling let down.

Mayweather beat Shane's ass more but that's because Shane was running for his ****en life against Pacquaio. Had Shane tried to win the fight at all he would have been ko'd.

  9. Hey Pimp C(unt),
Mora is hardly a No-hoper. :nono

  10. In this area, I gotta say that Pacquiao edges it out.

The scorecards tell the story. Mosley was credited for a knockdown and Pacquiao still got 120 on 2 scorecards. Thorough domination is thorough.

Floyd fought a better version of Mosley and looked more in control. Pac easily outworked him but he was less motivated and Pac didn't do what he wanted to do in there or dictate pace and show ring generalship the way Mayweather did. Mayweather looked more comfortable.

are you reatarded?? Mora just got beat by the bum Bryan Vera in the very next fight after he gave Mosley all he could handle. Mora's a certified no hoper if there ever was one.

All you had to do was listen to the crowd. They bood Pac and they bood Mosley. That was the quietest post-fight ever. Why do you think all the excuses are coming out now? Dominant my ass, Shane has been old for awhile. Shane's movement with his walker was enough to stymie a fighter with limited skill.

    Floyd.
    More class.
    More skill.
And gave a great boxer a boxing lesson.
Pac dominated Mosley based mostly on his athletic superiority.
    Just plain outfought him.
    Now what floats your boat.
I prefer to watch the mastery of boxing skill.
    Hands down Floyd.
