    Star City is a joke!!

    Went there yesterday for the Pacquiao-Mosley fight coz its just down from where I work and the 25ft screen they have wasnt even used, and you had about 2000 ppl milling around these pissy little lcd screens.

    The amount of money they have you would think they would have half a brain.

    Wont go there again.

    The Inkerman, Inkerman St. Balaclava is a good pub to watch the fights at, counter meals and bar snacks available and a good crowd.

    Nice, cheers for the recommendations, might check out Glebe or Balmain next time. Does it get packed at those places ? How much earlier u reckon u need to rock up to get a seat ?

    Star City is ok, but yeh no place to put ur beer. Sat on the stools though and it was ok for the PW Martinez 2 fight. It's good because for fights that aren't Pacquiao .. its not that full.

    The Glebe place has heaps of seats, even if you arrive just before the main event... ****** Bar is harder because it is small so maybe get there an hour before the main event

    That's sort of local to me, do they show most PPV's?
    And how bad is the crowd during a fight?

    The Courthouse Hotel in Port Douglas...all the big fights...gash everywhere as an added bonus....:good
