Does anybody think Floyd can get a decision over Pac? I mean we've seen Floyd get the benefit of the doubt a couple times with him being such a big draw. Now, we have Pac who is more active, more fan friendly, and draws the same kinds of numbers/ $ that Mayweather does (and of course he's doing it on a more regular basis). I'm not saying Floyd couldn't beat him..I'd honestly say 50/50, BUT I don't think he stands a shot at knocking pac out/ down really. Pac is more active, he'll be doing the chasing, throwing more shots, and again with all my points about him seemingly be the guy for judges to score for.... How does Floyd actually win against him? You can't KO him, you can't knock him down (more than likely), Pac never really gets tired so you can't rely on him wearing down. You could definitely be more accurate, land some of the bigger shots (maybe), but I don't think there's anyway he blows Pac out of the water. Mayweather's legs didn't seem to be there for Mosley either, and that was a year ago..He's not young anymore himself. How can Floyd get a decision over Pac in the judges eyes?
the bold.....what do you mean by this? and to answer your question....timing and controlling spacing....he can effectively outbox Pac from the outside....and i certainly don't believe his legs are gone as many think....it took extreme leg conditioning for him to not have went down and regain balance and control as he did when Mosley damn near decapitated him twice.
Easily. Floyd dominates Pacquiao if they ever fight. He may hit the canvas in the process or get rocked, but he dominates.
Pac will swarm Void, kick the fecal matter out of him! Void knows this, that's why Void is running from Pac. Void, Sr. said it beat right after Pac stopped Cotto, Void refuses to fight Cotto.
Are you saying Floyd might get rocked, or hit the canvas? I mean c'mon..If that were the case there's no way he wins. I mean this isn't Pac vs JMM (which I thought Pac won both slightly anyways). Pac is like a living legend to people, somebody who insprires people, a cinderella story. Back then he wasn't, and he still got the decision, or draw against Marquez. Now he's as big as $ is, or bigger, and people actually LIKE this guy. It's kind of like how they say "You gotta really BEAT the champ to take his title." Same goes for Pac IMO. Floyd would have to really BEAT Pac in order to win a decision. Not coast, not just edge him out, and he definitely couldn't go down or be hurt to bad. Floyd would absolutely have to beat the crap out of Pac to get a decision IMO. Boxing likes Pac, boxing doesn't really like Mayweather much anymore. Mayweather doesn't fight often (so boxing isn't seeing any $), and a lot of people are just tired of him that used to like him. That's why if it were a draw IMO, or even Floyd edges him out...It's still a decision for Pac. BTW: The gift I referred to earlier was Mayweather's gift over Castillo (first fight).
yea we know the Cas 1 fight..im intrested in the couple times though....what others do you have that you thought were gifts?
no, the work rate of manny will earn him the ud when lil floyd tries to throw, it won't b nothin FOR EVERYONE WHO SAYS LIL FLOYD WILL WIN WELL U KNOW WHAT, TELL YA BOY TO LACE IT UP, AS OF RIGHT NOW, EVERYTHING IS ONLY TALK AND STUPID OPINIONS YALL WANT FACTS, YA BOY WATCHED LADY GAGA LAST NIGHT
No other gifts that I recall..He usually gets awarded a couple more points in decent fights that go the distance. Of course since moving up I don't think he's really fought anybody that posed a threat, and scoring isn't a big deal. Hatton he knocked him out, Gatti knocked him out, DLH (never cared for DLH anyways), Mosley he won most every round, Marquez wasn't hard to score. Of course other than Castillo he definitely won his matches, but like I said add a point or two that very well could of went to his opponent, but I'm sure Pac gets the same favors (like his 2 judges that were 120-108)
Exactly, IMO the pac we saw last night in the ring with the PBF we saw vs shane would lose to PBF. Maybe all the excuses were valid thats why manny looked ordinary in there. But, with PbF's defensive prowess he would have easily beat the pac from last night.
Even if Manny hits air 50 times a round he's going to be backing Floyd up, and it's going to look bad on Floyd. They will score rounds for Pac simply for Pac having ring generalship, and being busier. I do think Calzaghe beat Hopkins, and never lost in his career that I seen, but just check him out. How many punches did he throw? How many punches did he actually land? How many punches had meaning? The dude simply won on workrate alone! Pac doens't throw as many, but he's aggressive, and excites the crowd, and throws more than Floyd. I am a Pac fan, and like I said the fight is 50/50 IMO. I'm even saying EVEN IF FLOYD WINS...He'll lose on the cards more than likely. Unless it's just to bad of a loss where they have to declare Floyd the winner it's not going to happen. I do think it'll be a close fight though, or Pac will catch him with something big eventually, and none of these issues will make it, BUT if they don't...Like I said Pac is just a more favored fighter. I do not think Floyd wins unless he knocks Manny out. When you look at Cintron vs Martinez though that point doesn't matter either LOL
lil floyds fight with zab uncle rogers dumbass got up in the ring and started actin a foo an easy dq for lil floyd and should've been a loss for his record not a gift in points, but a gift nontheless
