    I know your a true *****....but i had 2 respond to this....he was shot when both may and manny fought him...difference was....he was willing to try to engage with Floyd (because he lacks that power)....with Pac....after he got hit....he felt that power and went into survival mode....he was jus trying not to get knocked out...i mean have u ever seen mosley go down the way he did 2nite...he was jus making sure he survived the 12 rounds....which made it a borin fight....everybody can see that

    Mosely did say he got KD'd very early and it caused his confidence. He admitted being hit very hard by that punch. He did had troubles firing back despite seeing openings where he didnt punch willingly, he thought they were traps. He became over cautious imo.

    Lets fix this. Manny looks bad against fighters that gets on their bicycles trying to get away from him in survival mode. If Floyd doesnt get on his bike, he will get KTFO very early.

    *****s are left doing these types of comparisons since their "hero" doesn't want to actually fight pac. greatness is achieved by actually fighting your rival and not via some flawed theoretical comparisons.

    man up, floyd and give your fanatics something REAL to finally cheer about!!

    Perfectly clear, you are exactly right, and I can't believe I raised a question about your obviously brilliant post/logic. Great performance by Manny, far better than PBF, and even though he literally threw 250 more punches and landed 16 more...what's most important is that Manny landed 16 more punches than Floyd as this is the ultimate measuring stick for today's fighters.
    In a compare contrast format find a common opponent and isolate the variable of punches landed, regardless of how many are thrown, regardless of styles, regardless of any other idea or factor...who landed the most punches, I Got It!

    The overall key idea here is the difference between 224 and 185, essentially 2.3 punches per round difference, that's what should be focused on...no doubt. Again I apologize for questioning you, I've learned a valuable lesson here today, and will now exit the thread and do some serious soul searching.

    **And Yeah I know how stupid the TS looked and his obvious misinformtion was unfortunate for him. I'm not the TS and that wasn't my point. OUT!

    First of all, my post was obvious. Secondly, you're talking to someone that made similar points to the ones you just made to me, sarcastically, thinking for whatever reason that I thought the opposite, it seems. Thirdly, yes, the TS is very unfortunate and you're the one who jumped in on my comments to him, not the other way around. So, fourth, what the **** are you even addressing me for to begin with?

    Pac had trouble with Mosley's movement and defense, now multiply that trouble by 20 and add counter punches coming back at him and that's what happens when he fights Floyd

    Void still refuses to fight Pac, which proves that Void is extremely afraid of Pac! Void picks Pac to beat him, so he will never fight Pac, it's that simple. However, Void can still beat up more women!

    There seems to be differing sources of punches landed in this site. I saw the original punch stats after the fight on showtime as 185, I double checked and I came up with sites claiming 182

    http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&...=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&fp=cc6bcc5982231d65

    As you can see, I am not the only one who came up with 182. Other sites listed this aswell, and am almost certain Showtime listed a number close.

    If the correct number is the number sourced above, I apologize and the admins can delete this thread.

    Mosley (46-7-1, 39 KOs) never loosened up. He only threw 260 punches over the 12 rounds. The crowd got on him over the last three rounds when he threw virtually nothing (only landed 18 punches from rounds 10-12). He did get credit for knocking down Pacquiao, sort of.
    With just over a minute left in the 10th, the fighters clashed and Mosley pushed Pacman to the ground. Referee Kenny Bayless called it a knockdown and started counting. Pacquiao laughed and fought angrily over the final 60 seconds of the round. After the fight, Mosley admitted that it was a slip. Bayless also told Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach that he made a mistake.{ysp: more}

    Mosley landed 82 punches to Pacquiao's 182. This was title fight No. 21 for Mosley and the wear and tear from 54 fights was clear. Mosley simply couldn't catch the younger, faster Pacquiao. He landed five combinations the entire fight. Pacquiao, 32, also attempted 552 punches, but even that was down from his norm.
