Daniel Geale beat Sebastian Sylvester on Saturday to win the IBF Middleweight belt.

The chances of getting Sylvester out of Germany were very slim Australians are far more likley to travel.

What chances would you give the 3 UK/Irish Middleweights agaisnt him.

Btw I only saw 2 rounds of Sylvester vs Geale as Sky+ cut out. Anyone that can give a rundown would apreciate it.

I didn't think it was a particularly exciting fight but in a nutshell Sylvester was out worked by Geale. Geale took some risks and opened up more but Sylvester was landing with the jab. Geale performed well and showed some nice footwork and angles I thought.
I think Geale v Baker would be good. I think it's safe to say Lee won't be fighting in Europe other than the occasional home fight so really Macklin is the only other possibility.
Barker probably has a chance of a fight if Matchroom can chase Geale down.

No reason why Lee vs Geale could not happen in the US.

    cheers.

Ive seen Geale once against Mundine and he was excellent , fit , strong , aggressive , superb on the inside and can box a little too , i missed the Sylvester fight so cannot comment , Mundine Geale was 2 years ago .

From what i seen then him and Lee would be a smashing fight , Barker Geale should provide a very tough test for Darren and id have him beating Macklin

It was a very good performance by Geale in my opinion, technically very good and I think he would beat Macklin, the guy has a good defence perhaps not much in terms of power but certainly enough to have Sylvester's face looking like a bag of spanners, whilst he was mainly unmarked.

the cards were a joke though.

Decent fighter Geale. Lee or Barker would be good matchups stylewise.
