An ancient Foreman even did better against Holyfield than a much younger Tyson could.
It's a pity Cus D'Amato can't vote in this because he would vote Foreman too.

Tyson was to fast, strong and precise for foreman.. tyson is not frazier and have much more Power in both hands. the foreman from the Lyle fight would be killed by Tyson

Stylistically, Foreman's weird defense crossing his arms in front of his body and pushing an opponent away, would work well against a smaller swarmer. I regard Tyson as much better than Frazier, but still so similar in size and style that Foreman might be very capable of avoiding most of Tyson's punches.

  5. foreman by ****ing ko in 3 rounds. always the same 4 fan boys saying that same **** "tyson would be too fast for foreman" tyson was fast, prime tyson , kevin rooney, cus damato blablaba. george foreman was bigger, stronger, harder puncher, he had by far better chin, more heart, he had the reach and the style to destroy tyson, end of the ****ing history. you can talk about the speed of tyson during the next 100 years, the facts are that hehad nothing to beat foreman and no puncher in the history would survive exchanging blows with george foreman. the ****ing idiot who mentioned ron lyle know **** about boxing, ron lyle was nothing like tyson, lyle was much taller and he had longer reach, tyson was a short puncher, you don“t know **** about you are talking(and lyle was knocked out)), basing on your stupid logic , tyson was hurt by frank bruno , he was destroyed by buster douglas, george foreman had the power in both hands to put tyson to sleeping, styles make fights. foreman by ****ing ko.

  6. tyson was too strong for foreman?:rofl
tyson was only too strong for tomato cans like berbick. not for the strongest hw ever. tyson was not even too strong for james smith...:rofl

  7. this my man :deal

  8. the tyson of the bruno, ruddock and douglas fights would de raped by foreman in 1-2 rounds.

what a stupid logic, you are comparing the version of george bad mentally , depressed with the best tyson. then you will say " tyson was bad mentally against douglas " blablabla.
peak vs peak foreman would destroy tyson, tyson was made for foreman. peak foreman 73-74(frazier peralta-norton) would destroy peak tyson 86-88(berbick,spinks).
maybe you think that george foreman was larry holmes lmao

it is very easy to seem invincible whe you are destroying average fighters like berbick or a lhw like spinks, george foreman destroyed 2 great fighters like frazier and ken norton(these men did beat a very good version of ali).

From the Bruno fight onwards, Tyson would struggle mightily. I can see Foreman dispose of him in 5 rounds. Tyson at the peak of his powers was a heftier assignment; I go back and forth here.

Norton got brutally stopped against every puncher he fought, so that leaves Frazier. Tyson is not Frazier. He is altogeather more dangerous, he didn't have his heart and tenacity granted, but he is physically more gifted.

  11. sad but truth, cus damato would vote for foreman. joe frazier weighed 214 and 224 pounds when he faced foreman, george did handle him like a kid. and tyson never had "much more power than joe frazier" it is a joke, the hitting power of frazier and tyson was close, tyson was the best puncher, he got better combinations and he was more accurate ok, but i would say that the left hook of frazier was harder blow than any left hand from tyson.

  12. not peak norton, only foreman bombed prime norton.

norton was destroyed by earnie shavers (by far harder puncher than tyson) and norton was past his prime and gerry cooney(top puncher) when norton was a shot. and garcia knocked out a green norton(just like dempsey was knocked out in 1 round by flyn but nobody says that dempsey had glass chin)

Foreman would get hurt badly and quickly. His open defense would be exploited easily.

  14. foreman was taller, harder puncher, stronger, he had better chin than tyson, he had longer reach ,the style and the strength to push back tyson to avoid his shots, but he would get hurt? right? but tyson who was a midget short puncher made for george, he would not get hurt? right?

Tyson would hurt Foreman badly and knock him out within 5 rounds. Foreman was too slow, lumbering and clumbsy, and Tyson would knock him out.
