1oo million demand from Floyd not so crazy

    These are the two biggest boxing stars in a wile and not only that they are arguebly top atg's. With internet being easy accsess to seeing who these guys are to casual fans and non boxing fans ppv buys will be outrageous. Although there's a chance Shanes performance on both Floyd and Pacs fights might have planted a seed of a dull fight awaiting they will realize its not going to be shane in the ring and buy into the true hype.This is thee fight to see if any in this era. And with that being said it is not insane for a demand of a 1oomill, it's a high demand but not insane given the fact this fight had been brewing for some time and the celebrity status of both men. If promoted properly with the already highly hyped fight that purse for both men should not be a problem. They need to find the biggest stage and it will sell ot with no prob.



    What are your thought s given the fact that everybody is awaiting this fight and is already promoted and any work to further promote this fight is just icing on the cake?

    Edit : 8o mill to 1oo mill not impossible for each.

    $100m is 2 million PPVs just for him, before his opponent, promoter and TV companies take their cut. It is ridiculous.

    I should have put that at the end the guarantee to be 1oo mill, including advertising and all and the promoters need to bite their tongue and take less of a already big share to make It happen.

    What fight can make that much money? Pacquiao is the biggest and he would want 50%. The promoters and TV stations aren't going to work for nothing.

    $100m can't and wont happen with Mayweather.

    Do the math, at $70 x 2.6 mill is $182,000,000 PPV! Do you still think it is not insane. Come on! You want to give Jr $100 mil. Don't fall into jrs bull**** on how much he earns.

    Ticket sales , ads **** even commercials tel me you wouldn't watch......it just ness to be put together in a way to maximize profit.

    Biggest grossing fight ever vs De La Hoya made $165m all in, with record PPV of 2.4m and a record live gate. De La Hoya made $52m and Mayweather $25m i.e. they made less than half between them. Based on that you'd be looking at clearing $400m revenue, or at least well over $300m.
