This would be at a catchweight, 143-145 it sounds like. Either way I dont think it makes much of a difference what weight it is as long as its between 140-147. Thier both gonna come into the fight around the same weight. I don't see Marquez having a chance, hes' like 39 and he's fighting a much stronger Pacquiao now. But who knows.

 

marquez was 145 pounds on fight night against katsidis, surely a wieght limit of 145 means he dont need to dehyrdate and rehydrate. or am I missing something

 

Anything above 140 and Marquez will go throw a buzzsaw.

I dont want to see this fight now.. They should have made this 2 or 3 years ago.... Although Marquez is still a top 5 pfp fighter, he is slowed down and he also gets hit more.. That could make a difference now, especially if they make this fight at WW.. It really isnt even an intriguing matchup at WW.. I donnt wanna see this fight,because i think Manny will ko Marquez this time, and its gonna give the *******s and casual fans ammo to say that Manny settled iwho got the best of their triolody once and for all.... When in reality thats total bull**** and couldnt be farther than the truth... JMM deserves the payday but he doesnt deserve to be kod and made to look in the history books as someone who was bested by Pacquiao... I have a couple friends that think Marquez can still beat Manny ,because he has his number... But in reality thats not the case Marquez in mine and many peoples opinons, just barely edged out pac.. But its also fair to say they were even .. Well Pac has obviously carried his power up 3 weight classes and 17 pounds as well as refining a few things, and improving, he also hasnt lost any speed (ill buy the leg cramps story that slowd him downand assume hes still the as fast).. I think Marquez is actually hitting a little harder but hes only put on 5 natural lbs., Marquez speed has also declined, he gets hit much more, and if he we were to go by the Mayweather fight he's gonna even slow down more at WW...

This is not a good fight for JMM, at ww he has a slim chance at best.

 

at what would would JMM kiss the canves for the 5th time?

 

It doesn't matter JMM can weight In at 141 if he wanted to. He doesn't have to be at exactly 145. :deal
