You're boxreccing here. Many of those records you're seeing on Sam's resume are incomplete. Take this from a Boxrec editor. Those records are MUCH harder to find than the records of Pep's opponents, which are easier to verify and document.

Please supply a link to this supposed post where I lied. The fact is you can't do it because I have never argued different about his "peak record". But that simply doesn't encompass an entire resume and you STILL HAVE NOT answered who the fighters on Pep's record were that were better than the ones I named for Sam.

He knows this, but it takes away from his argument so he chooses to ignore it.

i know of no other site to look up a boxers record than boxrec and i agree that many of those opponents records are incomplete. however in the case of JAB i once pointed out a similar fact to him in that Jack Dempsey had more tha 60 fights which are not credited to his record on boxrec yet JAB claimed i was telling lies. Dempsey is known to have the greatest ever first round KO stat with more than 48 one round KOs yet Boxrec does not list all those fights.. Boxrec also list the incorrect height for many many fighters.

takes nothing away from my argument. you have moved the goal posts by now claiming you never said Pep did not have the greatest ever prime record. well if that is now your case then what the fack are you argueing about.

I will kindly ask you to post a link to this, as you're the only one telling lies. All that still doesn't change the fact you won't answer my question and don't know what you're talking about.

Prime record is not complete resume, is it? Sams resume trumps Peps.

And we both KNOW I never said anything different so stop trying to sway favor by saying " by now claiming you never said Pep did not have the greatest ever prime record" or post a link to it.

take a look at Willie Pep's complete resume then.. he was world champion with a resume of 61-0 going 5yrs as world champion to 132-1-1 and finishing his career (airplane crash in 1947 with many claiming it took something out of Pep as a fighter) finished with an incredible resume of 229-11-1

And who exactly were those 14 world champions...
or is it just a number you picked out of the blue, hoping no one would check?

yes its awesome alright and is a better record than that of Sam Langford. Pep was world champion longer than Langford, his prime record as well as his win loss record is greater than Langfords and he beat more world champions than Langford.

Pep has quite a few past, present and future champs on his ledger. The problem is they don't stack up against the great names on Sam's resume, which is why he refuses to answer the questions put forth to him.
