I've read some of this guy's articles. My main gripe with this guy is that he has an obvious agenda yet he tries to sugarcoat it.

 

Nah...PAC's only had two catch weight fights....Marg and Cotto. Other than that, PAC has beaten and dominated all the names Floyd has , but more spectacularly. And in Ray Robinson's days there were catch weights son. Even Ray Leonard fought in catch weight fights and even won a title at a catch weight.

And 99% of the top Boxing historians, writers and insiders all consider PAC as an all time great and he's still in the game. Hating PAC has got to be exhausting work....but you got great stamina boy.

I'd prefer ortiz now. The margo fight was bs and was not needed. Especially at that weight. Would have been better as a ww fight imo.

I don't see how anyone can see anything other than Pac being one dimensional. That dimension is destructive and fun to watch, but it is just one. The guy does not seem to do well creating his own offense.

The two guys who countered with an eye on defense? Went the distance. Not that it matters much as Pac shut them out. We have to wait until somehow Pac gets a prime, hungry, counter puncher in the ring to see if Pac can pull another dimension out of his skill chest.

If you don't "bang" with Pac it is going to be a long night.

 

This Vivek guy is pathetic. I remember he picked Pac over Hatton because his 3 year old son liked Pac. Then a few months or weeks ago he wrote some article about how the way he made predictions was so much deeper than the average fan. Get a life. This guy doesn't know **** about boxing.

Holy ****! I do not know what is worse, his "writing" or his lack of objectivity.

He writes like a former inmate trying hard to prove he has as educated mind. He barely writes a coherent sentence. He stacks cliche on top of cliche. He never finishes a thought and his use of punctuations is so cringe worthy. And to top it all off, he molests a thesaurus like a priest in a school yard.

He should hire a 16 year old to proof read his writing. It is ****ing terrible. He should really not use internet forum as a guide to proper writing. I would take away his XBOX360 if he was my son.

With his bias against Pac and his obvious racist knee jerking, I pretty much given him a free pass at this point. A man that writes like this must be intellectually limited. So the concept of objectivity is beyond his intellectual and emotional grasp.

Bad writing is not a crime. But being a "featured writer" and anointing yourself as a "boxing scribe" you should at least make an effort to reach junior high school level grammar.

I agree with you, all there alphabet titles are bs. Ignore these alphabet titles, who has pac really beaten who was the actual divisional champ? Sasakul, barrera, marquez and hatton, so he's won the championship in 4 weight classes, plus he's the highest ranked in a 5th. Surely someone else has done that?

Let's look at who's missing off his resume then... Ayala definitely, but then he beat the guys who beat him. Who else? Guzman perhaps but larios moved up in weight and he was another missing guy from sbw. Ermmm floyd and ortiz left, ofcourse they are with a rival promotion but hopefully the fights will get made.

This is why pac is a lock for top 15 if he retires tonight. Look past the glitz, level the playing field with the classics and he still stands up achievement wise.
