seeing the interviews on sky it just seems like Haye is so jelous of klit wouldnt shake his or say he respected said he has only ever fought fat bums while he has beat everyone at cruiserwieght and the man none of the klits would fight in valuev(he was serious) i thought Haye came across as a total bampot, Klit came across very well think when he gets his grammer back to front when speaking english is really funny
No doubt Haye has got the little man sydrome. In the heavyweights - he is the little guy. After he beat Monte Barret - Vitali Klitshcko came and stood next to him - look at Hayes body language when he realises Vitali - a geniune giant - is next to him - he cross his arms defensively - and puffs up his chest - to appear bigger. Haye has a complex with the heavys - because naturally he is just not that big. Obviously he has done training to puff himself up and make himself super healthy and fit - but naturally he is a small frame heavyweight with questionable chin and stamnia. Thats why I think he loses this fight - cos I just dont think he has not got the physcial attributes to beat Wlad. He is at too much a physical disadvantage.
Haye exerted so much effort to try and con the public, to make them believe that Valuev really was a giant challenge, that I feel he's genuinely come to believe his own nonsense. This was the Valuev remember, who lost to Holyfield in the fight before!:nut [when Holyfied was clearly robbed]
Haye can bash the klitschkos opponents until hes blue in the face...but the fact is they've beat the best available heavyweights for a decade.
When you compare Wlad's resume to Haye's it becomes laughable that Haye should call them bums. He only gets away with it because the casual fans and non boxing media don't know better
Haye is an average size heavy, with the frame to bring himself down to cruiser. If Haye wins, WK will have beaten by far his biggest threat at heavy. But Haye will win... and it might even be worth betting on a UD rather than a stoppage (either way).
Wlad's CV is better, but Haye was still the dominant force at CW and lineal. He is WBA champ. He won his biggest fights in France and Germany. It's still a great CV. We get too obsessed with people getting into the HoF and being ATGs. Haye doesn't qualify for either of those, but he's definitely one of only a handful of true British champs in the past quarter century.
If Haye goes into the ring against Wladimir as cautious as he did against Valuev and Wladimir fights as he has for the last 4 years.. we could be in for one hell of a boring night, especially with another **** undercard put on in Germany. Could this fight be yet another disappointment for boxing?
Enzo and Mormeck are no better than the guys Wlad has been beating all these years. i.e Sam Peter, Eddie Chambers, Ruslan Chagaev, Byrd etc. His unification was nothing special. So if you consider Haye to have a great c.v., you must really think Wlad's is amazing. Funny thing about many Haye fans, they've no problem shitting on Wlad's record but big up Haye's record. Can't have their cake and eat it.
errrrr... I said WK's record is better than Haye's. I just said that Haye's record is also very, very good. Read the post properly.
but, btw, Mormeck at cruiser is a better win than Peter, Chambers and Byrd. Chagaev is a different matter.
Mormeck was a better, more accomplished fighter at his natural weight than Peter, Chambers and Byrd. Argue Byrd if you will, but he got a lot of gifts.
