I am looking forward to this fight. I have gone on record to admit that George Groves is the best young technical fighter I have seen in the UK for a long time. Now lots of people are going for DeGale to win based on his win over Paul Smith and Groves struggle with Kenny Anderson. However people are drawing the wrong conclusions as these fights are indicative. We know Groves can fight and win through a crisis DeGale can't. This fight is more than about ability of which both guys have considerable ability but involves character. Don't want to give to much away other than to say Groves will stop DeGale who is not the brightest tool in the box. DeGale thinks he cannot lose while Groves and Booth know what to do to avoid defeat. DeGale has been sparring with Cleverley, Groves took himself of to the USA to spar with guys better than him like Dirrell. Mentally Groves has got DeGale but his right cross will do in DeGale. Yes James the ugly kid is going to put your lights out Olympic champion or not. He beat you in the amateurs get over it as it is about to happen again. Its not Paul Smith you are in with.
