I'm sure the defamation suit judge will be thrilled.

This is a write-up of Floyd's recent new video interview with The Site That Hypes Fights (TSTHF).

Apparently, Floyd also complained in the video that the media doesn't treat him as nicely as they treat Pacquiao.

Why would a person involved in multiple legal trials (including a trial for alleged defamation of Manny Pacquiao) -- and a person who produced a video calling Manny Pacquiao a "yellow chump" and saying he would cook Pacquiao with cats & dogs -- think that the media might treat him any differently than they would a rags-to-riches congressman?

    Beats me.

I didn't watch the video, so I can't really comment on what the video did or did not say. That's why I titled the thread as I did ("Report").

Woods has never struck me as someone who is anti-Mayweather. He's not the first person I would think of to try to make Mayweather wrongly look bad.

Weird thing is that Floyd has gained more weight than Pacquiao from the age of 16. Floyd is on roids by that logic :/

He does bring negative attention upon himself. So it's his fault. But to be fair to him, Sugar Ray Robinson was just as troublesome and flashy during his heyday yet he was hailed as a hero. Mike Tyson is somewhat similar in a sense that he's been arrested countless times yet he still holds a fairly big fanbase. The media doesn't crucify Hopkins and Mayorga for their controversial remarks but when it comes to Floyd he gets shredded from every angle, even when he is being civilized. Maybe when Floyd is long retired from the sport of boxing more people will start to appreciate him. Not sure though.

Totally wrong. Both Mayorga and Hopkins have had **** said about them for their tasteless comments. SRR also had his air share of haters.

I think the thing that really hurt Floyd was his PED Crusade, with no evidence for his remarks whatsoever. You throw in the domestic violence allegations and the whole "yellow chump" thing and you put yourself into a bad spot. Particularly when you're coming after the top fighter and draw in the sport.

Tyson got crushed in the media. I mean, 20/20 made Tyson look like a psycho back in the late 1980's. It was sad to watch (I'm a huge Tyson fan).

Mayorga's a buffoon for fight-hyping. But I don't think he says much about guys (like continuing to insinuate, apparently, that they're on PEDs) once fights are over. Or, if he does, no one cares.

Hopkins doesn't seem to have any legal issues currently. And, like Mayorga, his talking usually stops after a fight passes.

Oh Man! Is Floyd saying that some guy who went from 106 - 150lbs with no body fat was roiding? why would he ever think that? I mean look at BVonds. 190 - 227lbs and he was guilty before a trial. Now why does Floyd think that Manny's using ?
