    man not suffer from hunger.

im not talking about amount im talking about quality.

ok minus the food theres suppliments and better workout facilities.

why do u think athletes such as football players are bigger, stronger and faster?

the athletes today and the athletes in the previous era put in just a smuch time in their sports as the athletes in this era.

so thats why I say theoretically george foreman would be alot bigger than 220 in his prime if he were in this era

    dude he was 285.

hes not gonna be twice as freakin big. he would prolly be shaqs size in this era.

and shaq is bigger than primo carena.

why do you think the 100 meter world record is always being broken?

why do you think the world strongest powers lifters records keep gettin broken as time goes by?

better food, better suppliments, better workout facilities.

what im stating does make alot of sence.

this post is for the mongoose.

mongoose if you beleive that people from the past era would be no bigger in this era.

then the klitschko brothers can beat every1 from 1985 and behind.

Read the first line about Wlad beating Ruddock the same way Lewis did and didn't have to read any further. Wlad doesn't knock out journeymen bums in 2 rounds, let alone fighters of Ruddock's calibre. I gather from other replies that this is not a Klit worshipping thread so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Just imagine if guys like Peppers were trained to box for a living by a great trainer, instead of playing football. Scary thought. :yikes

So if guys like Jim Brown Wilt Chamberlain had been trained as boxers they would have dominated their respective era's?

I find people who think like you hilarious. So because a guy (In this case Julius Peppers) juices up and throws on thirty extra kilo's of muscle and is considered quick for his respective sport. He would be a slam dunk boxing champion if that was his training goal from childhood.

IMO this is nothing more than projection due to some current issue the individual cannot deal with. Face saving speculation at it's finest.

DAMN! Imagine is SRR had been trained as an astronaut from birth. He would surely walked all the way to the moon, without even a spacesuit or ship to achieve escape velocity.

Anyone who understands boxing and watched the fight knows that Vitali was a better fighter in that fight. D Berns is one of them so he is entitled to his opinion - unlike others who get their "facts" from boxrec and fight reviews from Daily Mail.

Guys who could have beaten Wlad

    Lewis
    Holyfield
Bowe - at his best definitely
    Tyson
    Ali
    Foreman
    Ibeabuchi

    BORDERLINE

    Witherspoon on his best day
Holmes definittely greater fighter but style wise Holmes might have trouble
LIston Can see a blowout for either guy.. Klit controlling him from the outside and busting him up... Or Liston (his reach is longer than Wlads i think) working his way in and tearing up Wlad for a Ko.

    Only slight underdogs
    Razor Ruddock
    Pinkon Thomas
    Prime Ray Mercer
    Buster Douglas - that foughtTyson?
Bonecrusher Smith - Excellent chinn good size could see him bum rushing Wlad and knocking him out.. Although Wlad has waaaaaaaaay better skills

Many other hws higher on atg list but most to small for Wlad, not equipped to handle his power... Some other really tough guys that maybe could maybe not skilled enough to get it done, styles make fights.

    GUYS WHo could Beat Vitali
Lewis - well we know that already
Holyfield- too fast tough enough to get inside and bust him up
Bowe- Probably would be a war though
Douglas- the version that beat Tyson but no other one, could style to beat Vitali and big enough
    Holmes
    Ali
Foreman- Vitali has a good shot here though

    Borderline pickem
Tyson - he probably is too fast and despite the size disadvantage, he could possible tee off enough on VItali too take Iron chin down... After 6 rounds though i can see Vitali leaning using his size and all the things that bother big Mike to stop him late or eek out a close decision.

Witherspoon- He would have to fight the perfect fight.. He was pretty fast excellent jab, good chin, and the skills to outbox Vitali.... Tended to get lazy though, and if things didnt go his way might get discouraged and not do enough.

    Very close underdogs
Tubbs- MOves and boxing ability to outbox vitali on his best day
Page - ^^ although i he probably wouldnt and i give Tubbs a better chance, although Page was more durable . .In fact hes not that close id favor Vitali but Page is a live
    underdog.
Ibeabuch - Probably not experienced enough and its not like hes gonna just flatten Vitali like wlad,,, But hes got a shot,,,with more experience i like him.

It was hardly the worst ever version of Lewis. That Lewis would beat a young early 90s Lewis based on experience. He wasn't even far past prime

Presumably they wouldn't be fighting in a phone box though. Wlad is the bigger guy and a better boxer. Wlad could knock Foreman out

How is a fighter no taller than 6'3 meant to be 270lbs all muscle? He would never be in shape for boxing if that was the case, and would end up getting harpooned by either brother. Shannon Briggs is 6'4, built like a bodybuilder yet is probably no more than 250 if you get rid of the excess fat (which he doesn't have much of, in fairness)
