If Ward stops AA what should he be ranked in the P4P list?

Abraham isn't coming in to this bout with the greatest reputation ever, in fact, he has done very little at 168lbs (outside of replicating Froch's stoppage of Taylor). Even if he stops Abraham, I don't see how this win could catapult him up the rankings. Certainly not in to the the 4.

 

he hasn't done anything yet. beat some fighters from the contender and a one eyed kessler. ppl need to slow down.
only good thing about him is he's from Oakland.

#3 for ward if he KO's abraham was a little generous but not too far fetched. :good

If he dominated then stopped him.,, id probably put him 5th replacing Gamboa, hed also be right on Marquez heels at number 4... If he doesnt look all that impressive but stops him late id probably keep him in the same spot.. I beiieve i have him 8th or 9th.

interesting scenarios.... if johnson beats froch and ward beats AA... then johnson/ward will have to fight..... the winner between johnson/ward will then have to fight dirrell to determine who was the best out of that bunch. :bbb

 

Probably just outside the Top 5 I don't think Ward stopping AA is that far fetched in fact I can see AA retiring on his stool or being stopped on his feet late on.

 

Who is Arthur Abraham at SMW that he should be worth anything significant on a p4p level right now? He was dominated twice by two of the top three guys he's faced. The last made him look completely incompetent at the elite level. This is nothing but an average title fight with a tough guy with a punch, and the Bika win might even be better on that count (I think it is, actually). Also, Ward has very little chance of finishing any durable top ten guys without a cut or something. He's no more a finisher than Tim Bradley, imo.

Ward stopping AA is more unlikely than AA stopping Ward

 

I didn't say that, but in terms of bumping him up on the p4p list? Nope. He's not good enough to mean much. I'll give Ward credit though for doing old slow and confused in and putting the final coffin nail in. For that and if he also squeezes a lump of coal in his own ass and turns it into a wicked nice diamond, but that's probably not going to happen either and be almost as relevant a p4p achievement.
