Haye is not even a real champion. He did not beat Valuev.

I've posted this before, and no one has been able to dispute my scoring on any round. The best they have been able to do is make vague generalities like "I had it overwhelmingly in Haye's favour", or call me names. Even the biased pro-British tv announcers were shocked when the judges gave the fight to Haye, as they had Valuev ahead.

I watched the fight on tape, very carfeully, and that was an ordeal because it was one of the, if not the, worst so-called heavyweight championship fights in history, and I watched it with the objective of leaning over backwards to give Haye the benefit of every doubt to see if there was any possible way the judges could have legitimately come up with a decision in his favor. There was not. The best I could come up with was a draw for Haye which means Valuev retained his belt.



Round 1. Even. Each landed about 1 punch (announcers scored it for Valuev)

2. Haye. Backing away but he landed the only decent punch of the round.

3. Haye. He landed a couple of punches.

4. Clear round for V.

5. V again. He's the aggressor and lands more good punches.

6. V again. Same.

7. Draw. Neither effective (announcers had it for V)

8. Haye. He was more effective.

9. Haye again. Same.

10. V easily. More aggressive and effective.

11. V. Both inefective but V landed a couple.

12. Clearly Haye.



Thus a 5-5 draw was the best I could come up with giving Haye the benefit of every doubt. The British tv announcers had Valuev clearly ahead. Where is the scorecard of the American and Italian judges who scored it 116-112 in favor of Haye? Those were fraudulent scores. Also, why did Haye start celebrating before the decision was rendered? He appeared to know in advance what the outcome would be, even though the fight was very close and in Valuev's territory, and traditionally the champ retains his belt if the fight is close. And then Valuev and his corner stood there meekly accepting the spurious decision. They all seemed to know in advance. I believe that the fight was fixed and Valuev and his team were in on it. I don't know how hard Valuev was trying, but the boxing establishment (to use a nice term for them) felt that the flamboyant Haye could make them a lot more money than could the stolid and unhealthy Valuev.

 

If you score this fight for Valuev you should pick another sport than boxing simple as that buddy. :good

You do not know how to score a boxing match if you think it was remotely close.

 

Well as I don't think Haye clearly won that fight at all, at least it sets up an exciting fight July 2nd which will then expose him in my opinion. Valuev winning would have been no real help to the excitement of the division at all, I wouldn't go as far as to say the fight was fixed, but you never know I guess. At the end of the day though whatever happened, it gives us a big fight for the division.

 

Watching that fight I thought Haye edged it, especially with the last round. But yeah, the fight was a total sham, and an indication that Haye is absolutely clueless when it comes to fighting bigger guys, with a pulse.

Well if you really want to get real with the ****, Vitali shouldnt be neither...
Allow me to explain...

WHen Lennox ripped off Vitalis face and decided to retire rather than give Vitali a rematch The WBC Title then went Vacant leaving it for the #1 and #2 contender at that time.

During that time, an old man named Corrie Sanders had destroyed little brother capturing the WBO title, and as we all know when your a title holder you are no longer ranked by the other sanctioning bodies.

Just days before their fight, Sanders allowed the WBO to strip the title from him so that he may face Vitali for the Vacant WBC title....

Now how is it that Sanders is allowed to fight for the WBC title when its vacant and the rules state #1 and #2 must fight for the title if #2 is not available then #3 and so on kinda how Saul Alvarez got his shot with Hatton all the top Jr Middles were tied up or too injured so they followed that chain until they matched the top available fighters to fight for that title....

So in reality, Vitali got to fight for a Vacant WBC title in a way that clearly not according to the rules of the WBC....

So if you want to get real lets get real here..... on both sides of the street

 

Haye beat Valuev, no question,
Its been a while since I watched the fight but I remember Valuev missing with punches a hell of a lot more the Haye. (He didnt throw many I grant you)
Haye chanced his arm with his hit and run tactics in this fight as there seems to be a myth that aggression alone can win you rounds, but if the aggression is not effective you dont automatically win the round just because your coming forward.

 

STFU, it was close. Even your Brit announcers thought Valuev won. Stop being a total Haye ***** and realize that the only Haye fans on here are the UK crowd....no other fighter has such a niche following.
