    Are you serious??

    1. Look at his last 4 fights. UD, UD, UD, TKO (in the last round) His KO% has dropped significantly. It doesn't matter that he KD these guys, he was knocking guys the **** out left and right in his earlier years, and knocked down HOF's repeatedly. He's obviously brought his power along with him on the way up, but for those who think that his power has "grown" in his recent rise and so significantly that it warrants PED suspicion, all I have to say is wow.

    2. Many ATG's have kept their power even while moving up in class (like RJJ, or SRR, or many others). If at least one person can do it, is it so far-fetched that another would eventually be able to do it? Can some people just not stand to accept such a possiblility?

This is the sole basis that a crackhead conjectured to create the hype that is PEDs. That, and a good chin... because yeah, PEDs give chin right?

I don't say he is on it. But would you let me put a gun to your head if we were able to know the real truth yes or no he has or not. Would you be willing to take his word Yes or No? If yes bullet to your head if no then no shot fire... I don't put it pass any boxer on taking PEDS

I said before that Pac isnt a massive puncher, its because of the amount of punches he throws, and the angles he throws them from, he hits you with a lot of punches that you dont see coming. The change in his peformances are mostly due to him evolving from being a one handed fighter. All he used to have is that big left hand, but his style has improved dramatically and thus his success has increased to that end. He really only had one clean knockout and thats Hatton, the rest of his recent victims succumbed to accumulation (Cotto, Oscar, Margarito,) or were simply overcome and reduced to permanent defense mode (Shane, Clottey). He always had great power and speed, but now he fights with two hands and punches better

Pac has not been knocking out guys in the higher weight as much as he did in the lower weights. The only one he's knocked out cleanly was Hatton which happened to be the perfect punch and who was a suspect of a glass chin. Everyone else was TKO'ed due to accumulation of punches. I don't think he gained much power going up in weight as alot of people tend to believe. I don't think Mosely was hurt that bad but he knew, if he got more of it, he would've suffered the same fate and decided to escape.

This is Uliuli's (IsaL) main argument that Pac's KO % is higher at 135 up compared to the lower weights which indicates PEDs use.

I wonder why he's M.I.A. these days.

One of Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao’s former sparring partners has admitted that he regularly injected the fighter with steroids ”in the locker room, in the upper outer quarter of his butt cheek!”
The man, a Filipino and former pro fighter, now fears the wrath of millions of his fellow countrymen, and as a result, his identity is protected. He claims to have worked with Pacquiao from ”his early years” up until Pacquiao’s 2010 fight with Miguel Cotto, and claims Pacman only began using steroids in anticipation of his 2009 fight with Oscar De La Hoya.

He also claims that Pacquiao has switched from using steroids, to now using a complex mixture of HGH (human growth hormone) and insulin, a combination that is virtually undetectable in post fight drug tests.

In an interview given in a top secret location in Las Vegas, the former Pacquiao associate said ”Manny was curious about using steroids for many years before he actually started. There is a lot of steroid use in the Philippines, and they are easy to get. But Manny hates needles! He hates ‘em.”

”Manny was already on the way to becoming one of boxing’s greats when he got the call from De La Hoya and his people about a fight. Oscar wanted a rematch with Mayweather, buy Mayweather decided to retire. Someone came up with the idea for De La Hoya and Manny as a potential big fight. When I heard about it, I thought it was the dumbest thing I had ever heard.”

By the time De La Hoya came calling, Manny Pacquiao was already a twelve year veteran with a 47-3-2 record, and world titles at flyweight, super bantamweight, super featherweight and lightweight. He had been knocked cold twice as a flyweight in the 90′s, and also lost on points to Erik Morales in a bout at super featherweight in 2005, Pacquiao’s last defeat. Pacman had come out on top in grueling rivalries with Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera and Juan Manual Marquez.

I'm a former sparring partner of Floyd Mayweather Jr. about 3 years ago. I smashed his testes in permanently that's why he can't scrounge the courage to fight.
Why doesn't Floyd want to show anyone? Does he have something to hide?

    See what I did there.

    Peds is overrated!!!!

Who among the current crop of fighters could duplicate what Pac has done if you inject them gallons of PEDS?

    A. Gayweather
    B. JMM
    C. Barrera
    D. Malignaggi
    E. Cotto
    F. Martinez
    G. Williams

    The answer is none.

The PED accusations are simple, on the surface, it looks like he put on more muscle mass in a much shorter period of time than is humanly possible without steroids...It's tough to tell though with modern rehydration methods (IV's) after weigh-ins...

Regardless, once the muscle is on, you don't really need to keep taking the roids...This also makes me question the validity of wanting so many tests just prior to the fight...If you want to catch him, the argument should be for how early the tests should start...

He has weighed 145 in the ring as far back as a superfeatherweight (130lbs). See any HBO fight-night weigh-ins from those fights. His weight hasn't changed dramatically. If you claim so you are either mistaken or disingenuous. What has changed is that he is just not draining to within an inch of his life anymore...

power? it has always been there since his 112 lbs days. here is what sasakul said:
TSS: You’ve fought in both boxing and Muay Thai and fought more than 150 times. Who would you rate as the best puncher you’ve faced?

Chatchai Sasakul: Manny Pacquiao!!! One good punch from him and I was out. He has very heavy hands.

this is coming from someone who has been punched and kicked as well...

That's floored reasoning. How about we put a gun on your head and get drilled if Manny is clean. Honestly now, would you?

Exactly. I've been saying this from the start. Which is why insisting on testing up to the night of the fight is pointless. Some people are naive on this whole BS issue. :patsch
