Haye talked and talked for 2+ years, had shirts, called everyone in boxing bums and ****.... but now for this fight, which haye knows he cant back out of without major backlash, he is quiet:huh

Valuev.... lets not all forget that valuev was offered a fight with Wlad 2 times.... once around the rahman fight and the other Valuev was offered the fight after Haye pulled out but before Chagaev.... Valuev said "NO" even when he was offered more time for training.... so they went to chagaev who said yes:deal

and we all know about Vitali and Valuev:deal

I was sitting right next to wlad when the calls were made to Valuev and chagaev... I was also in the room when David Haye backed out of the fight... asking for 3 weeks, then 5 weeks, then 10 weeks:yep

and the times I have not been in the room, I get my info directly from Wlad:deal

 

Valuev told, that he was called by Wlad and he said "no" i am on holidays after Valuev pulled out of his mandatory defence against Chagaev.

So Chagaev steps in the WBA Champion in regress.

This was one of Wlad´s best fights and an unbelievable great event. I will never forget this it was amazing. Footballstadion 66.000 people.

All the haters now can see, Wladimir is so happy because the fight against Haye is set for july.

Haye will get ko´ed and i believe Haye knows it.

 

More interesting question is why Haye is acting the way he does and did.

T-shirts and all below the belt -trashtalk were (IMO) done in order to get him this fight and in order to create hype (which is magnet to money) to the fight.

Now and after studying Wlad pre-fight actions from the other fights, Haye senses Wlad´s mind-games and feels intimitated/subdued/effect by them.
Face to face arguments between them are bound to turn in Wlad´s favor. Wlad must be one of the most intelligent boxers ever and is very capable in debates.

So the way I see this - Haye is protecting his mind and focus, he don´t want to be effected by Wlad´s actions prior to the fight.

I see nothing wrong with that. It might seem childish or bizarre to the spectators, but every athlete has his own way of preparations (remember JMM).

 

I want to see CHEF interviewed by the BBC and Sky, that would be worth watching

 

Valuev's promoter Sauerland declined a unification fight with Wlad in 2007/2008 because Sauerland/King wanted options on the winner and they demanded the fight to be shown on Valuev's home station ARD instead of Wlad's station RTL.

How come Haye never mentions this? The Sauerland interviews from back then are in the press, available in Google.

 

Why should he mention that? Haye's been on a mission to show Wlad in a bad light for years. To an extent that the public started believing him about how much of a mindless stiff Wlad was. Now that they have seen Wladimir on TV they realized they were lied to. What else is there for David to do other then make an emphasis on things that Wlad won't bother countering? So in every interview he keeps repeating how Wlad's "ducked Valuev" and how David's made concessions to Wlad's demands. As a result of that there still exists a group of diehard fans of his who go around repeating the same **** over and over. "He made concessions, you know!" You ask them what concessions, and they go- well, he's agreed to come into the ring first. Some ****ing concession. They think that if they blow something as insignificant as that out of proportion it suddenly becomes relevant. It doesn't.

 

WLAD would MURDER slow plodding Valuev in 4 rounds if he put forth effort, in 10 if he wanted to amuse the public.

Ruiz didn't have a snowman's chance in hell against Wlad, he has NOTHING that could give Wlad trouble except a decent chin.
