He'll make for a stern test but I'm very high on Bogere.

The HW co-feature is equally interesting.

Looking forward to seeing more of Seth Mitchell in action, the best American heavyweight prospect out there, period.

Yeah, but it's DVR-worthy - not good enough to take live viewing precedence over ShoBox. :good

It's Michael "the Artist" Perez (not the Cuban heavyweight who just won Prizefighter...this is the Puerto-Rican lightweight who had a top-ten 2011 FOTY candidate with Jose "Loco" Hernandez back in December).

He's in soft, though - and the undercard is poor.

Anyway, that starts in twenty minutes if you would rather watch it live for some reason (or don't have Showtime).

Nah, I got me some showtime. I'm vaguely inerested in Mitchell though. Let's see what this dude can do.

That's a lot of lean beef in that ring.

A combined 12 feet and five inches, and almost 500 lbs of mostly muscle.

Of all the football player turned boxing types of recent years, Mitchell is definitely the best.

He'd KO Rossy and Zbikowski on the same night, I reckon. (in something like a Prizefighter format)

    Round 1

Quinn throws a solid jab, backhanding a little with it. Mitchell nearly catches him with a big 1-2. Quinn keeps gliding around the outside and curls both hands in at Mitchell. Nice jab by Quinn lands. Mitchell crouches and submarines his way in and launches a right hand torpedo to the body. They both flurry hard as Quinn is walked to the ropes. Hard jab by Mitchell, and Quinn counters him. Very stiff jab by Mitchell. Quinn is getting hurt with the jab. Mitchell is throwing it like a power shot. 1-2 lands as Quinn is skirting the ropes, rolling with the punches a bit. HUGE 1-2 by Mitchell. Quinn takes it well, although it snapped his head. Quinn curls both arms over Mitchell's back as the American bends forward. Huge right hand by Mitchell. Quinn is hurt and tries to hold. Mitchell just wrenches free and batters him to his knees. The round is almost over; the bell could save him. Quinn stays down for ten. It was a conscious decision.

    TKO1!
