Actually, Floyd was saying this back in 2009. So, this recent comment is not really new. The video is much more informative than the article. But, I think he should come back to the table, and try to make the fight...random testing should be in the contract. Manny has already expressed his willingness to do the random testing. So, if the money and other logistics are right, there should be two signtures on the contract this time.
