The article about the sparring partner and Pacquiao was a work of fiction, but it wasn't just Mayweather linking it...

No, genius. Pac filed the lawsuit before negotiations even began. Pac isn't suing Floyd because he asked for special drug testing. Pac is suing over comments made by Floyd, his team, and Richard Schaefer from as far back as May 2009 when Pac KO'd Hatton.

If they can't win against Pacquiao in the Ring, maybe they can by spreading dirt. What class.

If I'm Pacquiao, I would definitely add this to the stack of materials in the defamation case. It helps to demonstrate a pattern of practice by Mayweather trying to link Pacquiao to PEDs and PED accusations. That should help establish bad intent by Mayweather towards Pac's reputation.

Not sure if Pac could start a new legal action from this (I guess he could try to initiate a new defamation suit), but he can certainly add it to the existing legal action.

And who exactly would Pac be taking the tests with? Has Floyd ended his vacation or found the urge?

Floyd Sr: "I fear for my son's life."

Yeah, it was a stupid piece of fiction, but he should sue just the publisher of the article--"Ringtalk"...

Ringtalk sued Arum in 2008/9 and got an out of court settlement after Arum questioned their credibility and news worthyness.Pacquiao get ready

Well it's so easy to see the Mayweather connection in this. Mayweather wins his fantasy fights and has the biggest mouth in and out of the Ring. Hence, he owns Ringtalk. :smoke

The guy who runs Ringtalk is another ****** who thinks Manny is definitely on PEDs. His proof?

You don't bulk up like Manny has just on 'fish and rice'. That's his claim, which equals PEDs.

So many ******s in boxing. *facepalm*

Fixed. And before you say that Manny has agreed to take the tests, why didn't he say so after the Shane Oldsley fight? Why doesn't he say so on ESPN? Why not hold a press conference? Why don't Roach or Arum confirm any of this? I know that Manny is afraid of needles. Is he afraid of podiums and microphones too?

Nope, what we know is Mayweather talks outside the ring and is not fighting.

While Manny fought Cotto and Margarito and made Shane a pusss which makes the Mayweather cry foul!
