If Cotto was "damaged goods" post-Margo, wouldn't he have crumbled vs Clottey?

Nah not that fight, I meant the Cotto-Pac one, and in a general sense.

    He did crumble against Clottey.

If you actually knew something about Boxing you saw a shell of a man who faced Clottey.

    To be a *******...

people thought cotto was past it that's why many are picking clottey then here in ESB. people were surprised that cotto beat clottey even with a bad cut that's why the succeeding fight with pac, ESB picks almost 50-50.

You don't even need to back Pacquiao up here with this post/thread. Pacquiao backed it all up in the ring.

He fought and beat them both to shut all people up, now all they can hang on to is the fictional blood testing rubbish. People cried when the Cotto fight happened that Clottey won and he should fight him. The Clottey fight was made and all fools were silenced.

Pac critics who said Cotto got a gift decision against Clottey are the same people who criticize Pac for taking on Clottey because he was coming off a loss. Sometimes, idiots never get satisfied.

cotto won it. close but still won. and aside from pac, who had won decisively or looked good against clottey? that night, cotto proved alot of people wrong by winning and fighting oo with a bad cut. and this was reflected on how high cotto was regarded again in his fight w/ pacquiao.

Ok, so those guys did all of those things after their losses, and Cotto has done exactly what since his loss to Margo, a lucky win against Clottey and a win over Yuri Foreman the weakest link at 154, but that is like Kostya and Barrera's post loss careers?

Nice try *******. Pac was a huge favorite on the betting lines against Cotto.

Clottey beat Cotto imo. Plus Clottey isn't going to make anyone crumble. The reason he lost is because he didn't throw any punches. Same reason he lost to Marg and Manny. Cotto isn't the same fighter he once was and anyone can see that.

I thought Clottey won, but it is whatever. Win or loss, the dude was a shell of his former self.

either case, pac fought clottey next so he went on to fight the "winner" eventually. cotto proved he still has it with the win. so you think the cotto of the mosley fight would have beaten clottey easier? name me a fighter who had beaten with ease aside from pacquiao?
