At least AA is actually throwing punches/moving and mixing it up a bit

    Abraham 1-0 Ward

Abraham is already 10x less predictable than he was against Froch.

    Round 1

Ward holds his left out, wavering. Abraham is coming right at him. No serious punches yet. A couple of body jabs by Ward. Abraham is coming in behind the turtle shell. Hard jab and Ward slips; it looked like he got stunned for a moment, but just balance. The jab did land hard, though. Clinch. Both separate cooperatively when asked. They trade pawing jabs, circling. Ward thinks about changing directions and going to his right and then springs back into his clockwise circling when Abraham throws a hard right hand upon seeing the hesitation. Ward keeps leaving his left arm floating out, not snapping the jab but using it as a range finder. Abraham is stepping in and out, using body feints with his guard up. Ward is pawing out with that long left arm and backing to the ropes. Abraham blocks a high jab. Abraham walks Ward up to the ropes but the Californian navigates past them on a curved path without getting trapped. Big lead left hook by Abraham, blocked.

    10-9 Abraham
