There's a reason why blood testing for Shane and Floyd was halted at 18 days (almost 3 weeks) before their fight. Rest be assured it wasn't because USADA claimed they had no reason to suspect that they were cheating. Because if that was truly the case, they would have halted urine testing as well.

I doubt that this new stupidity from Floyd is anything to base a new lawsuit on. Unless the first one had already been won, then this new stupidity could be shown to be a continuance in the already proven offense.

I would imagine that this will add ammunition to the current lawsuit though.

Anyway you look at it, it was exactly the sort of stupidity you would expect from a Mayweather.

Pac does everything to avoid the test..... Floyd should have been a nicer person in life. His attitude has just allowed Pac to use him as a scapregoat instead of testing and having the world find out hes a Roid User.

I doubt thay are gonna win anything anyway, because Pac is doing great financially and in every other way. The defamation hasn't hurt him financially at all. He hurt his own reputation by pole vaulting random tests.
