Does Mayweather, Jr really want to fight Pacquaio?

Pacquiao has the PR advantage as of now. I know it's not a part of his personality, but really he can call checkmate by coming out with a statement showing he is willing to drug test (Floyd's last hope).

I'm not saying it's on Pac's hands, but he has the power to corner Floyd.

No, Floyd does not want the fight. To be fair, neither does Arum.

Floyd, in my opinion, is currently engaged in a public relations campaign in order to try to salvage his tattered reputation. That's what all of this seems to be about, and little else.

Many people appear to regard Floyd as a coward and a guy currently most known for being in trouble with the law. As well as the guy who put out an allegedly racist ("yellow chump"; cook Pac with cats and dogs) video about Congressman Pacquiao. This latest video interview series, T-Shirt creation and various now-and-then interviews with The Site That Hypes Fights appear primarily concerned with trying to alter these negative -- if perhaps valid -- perceptions.
