Is Ulli Wegner a Good Coach?

I'm wondering if its just Arthur Abraham is unable to improve or is Ulli just a crap coach?

 

I don't think he is, calling your own fighter a coward is rather rude. Not teaching your fighter anything new is ridiculous.

I suggest Abraham finds a new trainer, because mentally I see no connection between Abe and Wegner. Strong contrast to Ward and Virgil Hunter who seem to be close

 

I agree, it seems like Abraham hasn't changed or improved his physical conditioning, skills, technique, anything with this guy. Either its AA or Ulli, and I suspect its Ulli.

 

Il say it's both. Because Abraham is mentally weak in the ring, there's only so much a trainer can do or say to motivate they're fighter.
But yes Wegner is still **** for Abraham

 

Abraham is simply too limited, you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

All you have to know is Uli Wegner trained Sven Ottke. That's how "good" he is :deal

 

With Ullli at German you Will Never lose the game

 

He trains that limited club fighter Marco Huck, who got his ass beat by Lebedev and really hasn't improved so much since Cunningham whipped him years ago.

Wegner is just part of Sauerlands hometown kitchen crew, he's nothing special.
