    Seen the pic a thousand times.. can't find it now in books etc. I have a feeling the man with Lionel is one of the great Italians from the late 1950s.

    Right nationality Bobby. It was Bruno Visintin, who had three stays here in 1954,

    On a side note Hofguy, boxrec doesn't mention the Johnny Cooper/ Augustin Argote bout. I know these two boxed, as Cooper mentioned it frequently... Argote's Grand Daughter was a friend in the 90's.

    Bobby, where did the fight take place? Was it at West Melbourne Stadium or at one of the town halls the Past & Present Boxers used when they were promoting after the Stadium burnt down?
