In Oakland he's a sure thing to win every bout.

 

Sure, why not? He doesn't seem like much of a risk-taker. Unless there's some other up-and-comer with ridiculous skills to spoil his spoiling that we haven't heard of yet.

He is an excellent fighter but so very few know when to hang them up and LEAVE them hung up. Ward is a sucker still for that left hook and I see that eventually catching up with him.

 

If he settles for the Calzaghe career road and sticks to 168 then it's very probable.

If he seeks P4P glory, not so much.

SMW is a tough tough division, I still consider Froch and Bute above Ward.

 

yes he will, because he's not a ***** and he's willing to face the best and everyone who faces the best one after another eventually loses, no shame in that though.

 

If he follows Mayweather's footsteps then yes.

 

Since the S-6 started Ward has had the easiest road to the finals by far. He started off with Kessler, but we now know that Kessler was half blind at the time, and Jack Reiss did a horrendous job of reffing that fight.

Ward has not fought a world class opponent since half blind Kessler. The truth is we have no idea how good he is, or is not.

 

Maybe with calculated retirements. It is still yet to be seen if he is a scared little girl like Mayweathe so who knows.

 

He won't get past this man.

Way too many variables to even consider at this moment.

We don't know how ambitious he's going to be after the Super Six. We don't know if he'll want to move up in weight (which would also entail we don't know how he'll look as a 175lber), we don't know if he'll keep fighting in the future years after he should have retired, etc.

I'd have to say that I doubt it at this point.
