    James DeGale fits that bill.

If he hangs them up at the right time, possibly. there aren't many guys at 168 tougher than what he's fought/will fight in the Super Six and once he de-fangs Froch only Bute remains who Ward should beat.

    - He'll get past Froch at this stage, is far too mobile and seems to know too much in the ring.

    - Bute' style is more impressive to the eye, but Bute wont cope well with Ward' in-fighting (which he is very good and strong at doing).

:adminIf he gets beaten by anyone - I'd be shocked:admin

He's got a good streak going, but retirement without ever losing is pretty rare.
Of course, if not taking chances and maintaining a glittering record is the focus , he might be able to do it.
But if Andre takes some chances , moves up in weight, fights anybody, the chances of never losing are lessened.

No. It's pretty clear that Ward has no interest in handpicking opponents. Eventually, someone will beat him.
