    I know it probably sounds stupid, but when you really go all out to follow a guy who gets no mainstream recognition, it almost gives you a sort of thrill, almost makes you proud in a way.

    Yes, i do have a problem with him. But that's besides the point. The thread asks for your top 10 favourite active fighters. It then goes on to say 'For the purpose of this, Floyd Mayweather is a retired fighter.' :vonnecunt

    Of those from the list I'd have these ones in my top 10 favourites:

    2 Sergio Martinez
    4 Juan Manuel Marquez
    8 Giovani Segura
    10 Miguel Cotto

    1) Carl Froch
    2) Vic Darchinyan
    3) Tim Coleman
    4) Peter Manfredo
    5) Tomasz Adamek
    6) Juan Manuel Lopez (Used to be a big fan but no longer a fan because of his out of ring indiscretions, hate fighters that don't take care of themselves)
    7) Michael Katsidis
    8) Scott Quigg
    9) Derick Chisora
    10) James Degale

    Might replace Adamek and Lopez, if Chris stays committed and keeps his weight to a respectable level (i.e. below 140).

    They do indeed Flea. For me, these are actually interchangeable. Doniare has iced both Vic Dar and Montiel (previously rated 8th p4p) in rounds combined. Martinez destroyed Paul Williams in 2, probably won the first fight, and took Pavlik to school. Marquez, well, he is Marquez.

    I just think Marquez has more depth, and arguably is the last man to beat the no.1, who in the last year or so has appeared untouchable :good

    In no particular order;

    1=David Haye
    2=David Price
    3=Carl Froch
    4=Rendall Munroe
    5=Stuart Hall
    6=Chris Arreola
    7=Paul Williams
    8=Paulie Malinaggi
    9=Michael Katsidis
    10=Daniel Ponce De Leon

    Marquez and Cotto would have been on it.

    Manny beat him :yep But i take your point. For me he is definitely above Doniare (who i rate very very highly), but slightly below Martinez based on recent resume

    Love to see Wonjongkam, the best Fly of the last ten years, getting the credit he deserves but no.5?!?

    No order:

    -Joyi
    -Froch
    -Hasegawa
    -Katsidis
    -P-Dub
    -Morales
    -Holt

    That'll do.
