What if Froch/Johnson beat Ward?

What will people say if this happens in a non contraversial way?

 

That he was a hype job. This is what happens every time an undefeated fighter takes a loss or so it seems.

 

True. Johnson winning would/should but him in the hall of fame. Froch winning should not be a big surprise. He gets better with every fight and he is really talented with good physical attributes.

 

Yeah, well what the **** will people say WHEN Ward beats Froch/Johnson?

 

If ward wins i will say he is the best at 168 currently and his only challenger left is bute. Will people say the same for Johnson and Froch i wonder?

 

If Ward wins then he's the undisputed champ of the division. Bute would just be a challenger and not an opponent that Ward would have to overcome as if he's standing in his way.

The same with Froch though. I don't like Ward, I want Froch to kick his arse

 

I think ward is easily the best in the super m division. He has a nasty streak as well. I think he handles froch no problems and I am a froch fan

 

They will just move on to the next great american hope.

The same people that are hugging his nuts now were hugging Dawson's nuts a few months back and they will be hugging someone else a few months after that.

 

If Froch does it i would be a bit surprised but not overly, however if Ward beats the other then there will be alot of swaggering and nationalistic nut swaying from Americans on this forum

 

Ward owes Kessler a rematch. We need to see that in a fair circumstances.

Yes, and there is no chance that would happen from the Brits on this forum if Froch won.

If Froch/Johnson won, as par for the course on this site Ward would be called a hype job as has already been stated. It also wouldn't overly surprise me if Froch won and I would encourage a little tapping of the brakes from those who are referring to Ward as ATG material as we still really don't know a whole lot about him.

I dont like how wards gets a easy route with all fights being in his own country.
gives me a feeling they want a American as a champ to build up as the next best thing in boxing. Ward is obviously a great boxer, but I prefer Froch, his route have been more difficult, taking on tougher guys abroad. Thats the warrior mentality boxing really needs to become big again. I want him to beat johnson and defeat ward. then the sky is the limit.

 

Styles make fights. And yes he was/is over-rated. He's very good but some people are going too far IMO.
