I believe Degale is already the best at 168.

Beats Froch, Johnson, Bute, Kessler and Abraham with something to spare.

Gets the better of Dirrell and Ward by decision, but possible late stoppages.

Just as I thought you'd stopped with all the awful threads, you go and do something like this....and totally redeem yourself!

Probably all on the same night. And he'd stop Vitali, school Haye and have Wlad out of there in a round.

You cudnt pay me to watch DeGale vs Ward/Dirrell, wud be two terrible fights to watch. He has the style to get a points win over Abraham. Hard to say with Bute and Johnson. Kessler and Froch both beat him by taking him into the trenches, both can box and go to war.

For **** sake he's beaten a blown up middleweight in Smith, domestic level at that. Even if he beats Groves it means nothing in the greater scheme of things. Kinda thread you would see in the general.

To be fair to the OP, he has the style to beat Abraham, Froch and Johnson now.

Bute, Ward & Dirrell are different kettles of fish though. Needs quite a few more clever fights before he gets to that level.

The jury's out on Kessler until his comeback.

    WHAT!?

hes never even been hit properly!

Theres Paul Smith, and then theres big strong motivated men at 168 who will keep coming and coming

So DeGale beats Froch now, are u actually been serious ? He hasn't even gone 12 and you reckon he could beat a guy thats in his prime and has beaten Dirrell ( technically superior in every way to DeGale ) Pascal, Taylor, and Abraham. Style alone wouldn't do it for DeGale who i don't think is as good a technican as he thinks he is. Mentally he would crumble against Froch.
